Description: Management concepts, theories, and practices for the effective and successful operation of modern organizations. Four functions of management and the activities involved in each function. Importance of ethical management practices in the effective operation of global business organizations, including entrepreneurial ventures. Individuals and group behaviors in the workplace, as well as methods to improve workplace performance.Duplicates some material in MGT 3304. Course credit will not be awarded for both MGT 3304 and MGT 3404.
