Description: Examination of the culture and literature of Spain from 1700 to the present, including narrative, poetry, theatre, film, and art. Emphasis on the interpretation and analysis of cultural texts in the context of key historical and political events, in order to understand shifting concepts of cultural identity and advantages and challenges of diversity. Taught in Spanish.
