MKTG-4054: Sales Technology
Description: Course focus is on the integration of technology and data analytics to advance sales. Study of how technology is leveraged in the social sales process which includes how to successfully utilize technology in social selling situations. Emphasis given to Customer Relationship Management (CRM) strategies, benefits, operations, and application across the customer life cycle. Students demonstrate proficiency in CRM technology, through experiential learning by earning Salesforce, Hubspot and Smartfox badges.
