Description: Practice in writing mathematical proofs. Exercises from set theory, number theory, and functions. Propositional logic, set operations, equivalence relations, methods of proof, mathematical induction, the division algorithm and images and pre-images of sets. A student can earn credit for at most one of 2534 and 3034.
