Description: Examination of patterns, meanings, and challenges of diversity and inclusion to improve social interactions and community engagement within a global society. Focus on diverse identities, social justice, power, and privilege, applying social science theories and concepts, to facilitate intercultural awareness. Community engagement projects employ research methods to connect course materials and service to community.
