Description: Leadership tools needed by practicing sustainability professionals. Leadership theory for wicked situations facilitating direction, alignment, commitment. Leadership practices at four levels of social organization: individual, team, organization, network. Individual level tools include self-awareness of personality traits, conflict and influence style, integrity, trust. Team tools include principles, feedback, project management, active listening. Organization tools include strategic planning, indicators, organizational change. Network level tools include boundary spanning, cross-sector collaboration, partnering. Pre: Graduate standing; restricted to Virtual Campus students.
