Description: Introduction to the science of materials using everyday applications in modern society from medicine, transportation, sports, art, music, infrastructure, and electronics. Discussion of metals, ceramics, plastics, biomaterials, and hybrid materials based on the fundamental science dictating their structure properties, and processing.
