MGT-2945: Small Unit Leadership for Cadets
Description: Prepares cadets for responsibilities as small unit leaders. Builds on the previous years knowledge to focus on skills and knowledge necessary to lead small units. Introduces cadets to the importance of communication, includes basic counseling techniques, disciplinary actions, conflict resolution, cadet regulations and leadership case studies. Membership in the Corps of Cadets is required.
