ISE-2404: Deterministic Operations Research I

Description: Deterministic operations research modeling concepts. Linear programming, integer programming, and non-linear programming modeling, assumptions, algorithms, modeling languages, and modern optimization software. Graphical solution, Simplex tableau method and its graphical interpretation. Branch and bound and branch and cut methods. Duality, sensitivity analysis, and Karush-Kuhn-Tucker (KKT) Optimality Conditions with economic interpretation. Network models (formulations and algorithms) including transportation problems, assignment problems, shortest path problems, maximum flow problems, minimum cost network flow problems, and minimal spanning tree problems.
