Analyze the sustainability of hospitality & tourism business ideas regarding growth opportunities considering societal, demographic, and environmental changes from a variety of sources. An examination of the key elements of sustainable entrepreneurship for hospitality and tourism enterprises that apply across a range of business models. Includes a field based, experiential learning project where teams collaborate to analyze data from multiple sources to develop and execute business ideas for existing or new enterprises.
