Description: Practical application of behavior change theories, counseling techniques, and communication skills for nutrition-related behavior change of individuals and groups. Application of self-evaluation, quality improvement, and professional code of ethics. Counseling practice based on nutrition care process, evidence-based practices, counseling ethics, client-centered approaches, health literacy, and cultural competence.
