HIST-2104: Topics and Critical Issues in US History

Description: Introduction to the problems, methods and skills of the discipline of history through the study of significant themes and critical issues in the history of the United States. Emphasis on the study of source materials and historical interpretations of specific themes in American history. Themes grounded in issues of class, race, gender, and equality in US history. Specific topics will vary from semester to semester. Course may be repeated twice for a maximum of 9 credits.
