Description: Theories of integrative (mind-body) health and wellbeing. Examination of multidimensional factors, including stress, personality, relationships, and social environment, as well as issues of identity and equity that influence health across the lifespan. Engagement in contemplative and evidence-based integrative health practices used for promoting health, wellbeing, and resilience. Attention given to ethical use and teaching of practice methods.
