GRAD-5304: Career Development for the Future Professional

Description: Designed to build professional leaders who are interested in careers that utilize graduate degrees outside of academia. Class takes a personal development approach while exposing students to critical perspectives and issues for career professionals and is designed to help the student identify personal strengths and areas to develop and improve. Students will be expected to actively participate in class discussions on a variety of topics and also engage in multiple participatory activities or exercises to solidify not only topic and concept understanding, but to develop skills and a sense of graduate community. Graduate standing required.
