Description: Introduction to the fundamental processes that drive the sorting of carbon, nitrogen, oxygen, hydrogen, and sulfur stable isotopes in modern and past marine and terrestrial systems. Application of stable isotopes to address research questions in a variety of disciplines, including geology, paleobiology, ecology, and environmental sciences. Collect, prepare, analyze, and interpret stable isotope data.
