Description: The course is designed to help early-stage graduate students succeed in research proposal writing and fellowship application. Various aspects of research proposal writing are covered, including how to formulate a research idea, structure and components, writing style, research ethics, and review process. The students write a research proposal which undergoes review by the instructor and other students by the end of the course.
