Description: Advances in regenerative medicine, gene therapy, stem cell biology/therapy, biomaterials, tissue engineering, and the physiology of the major organ systems in both health and disease. Problem solving novel approaches to overcome limitations to engineer anatomically accurate and fully functional organ replacements to solve the unmet clinical need for donor organs.
