Description: Building materials, elements, and construction methods, including wood, masonry, concrete, and steel construction, building foundations and sitework, building and zoning codes, building cost considerations, interior finishes, and building envelope systems, including cladding, windows and window walls, curtain walls, roofing, and insulation emphasis on knowledge of building materials and construction methods in support of architectural design decisions; historical development of building materials and ways of building, standard building practice, and analysis of the construction of significant works of architecture.
