Description: 6435: Preparation for faculty with teaching related responsibilities. Advising and mentoring undergraduate students, developing effective student assessments, and application of contemporary student centered teaching methods in college classrooms. 6436: Pursue postsecondary faculty positions with teaching appointments. Preparation for the first year of postsecondary teaching including managing effective peer observations and feedback, finding innovative teaching resources at different universities, mentoring graduate students, and engaging in scholarship of teaching and learning.
