Description: Overview of art and design principles and elements with a focus on their application in the creation and promotion of apparel, housing, and residential technology products for diverse consumers. Review of historical art and design trends and theories in relation to these products. Interpretative strategies and methodologies in visual art and design. Exploration of the design process, including examinations of human factors and user needs.
